Food:
Breakfast- Blueberry waffle w/ cream cheese. Fruit2day.
Lunch- Healthy Choice pasta.
Dinner- Side salad (with dressing on the side) and angel haired pasta w/ artichokes and slices of rosted chicken
Breaking the Barrier
Ahhh. Nothing like a little Ramones in the morning.
I thought I did horrible yesterday when I really lost one pound. I was SO freaking craving stuff all over the house. I was damn near miserable. But i kept it up and said NO, only really giving in for the chips and bean dip/ dessert thing.
Biggest Loser was on last night. All I have to say is Tracy is dead to me. LOL.
It's a short one today, guys. I gotta get to class in about an hour and I have no gas in my car and I have to pick up a friend.
