Exercise: 30 minute walk
100 crunches
Food: Breakfast- blueberry waffle with some cream cheese.
Lunch-a couple of turkey breast slices and a small bowl of veggies with mozzerella cheese sprinkled over top
Dinner- a little piece of this baked thing that we had and one roll.
Notes: Sorry for no updates in a few days. My computers internet decided to have an epic meltdown. Everything should be fixed now so... YAY! Lol.
So I gained back 5 pounds over the weekend. It was my own fault because i like to party over the weekends and midnight trips to waffle house just hits the spot. LMAO! But I'm not gonna let it get me down. I was only supposed to lose 2.5 pounds last week and I lost close to 7. I didnt expect to keep that weight. (Well, lets be honest. I would have loved to and not lose any weight this week. Now it kind of feels like I'm starting all the way over.) I ate really healthy yesterday, so I wonder where the extra two pounds gained back at. (It was originally 3 over the weekend, but then I stepped on the scale. Oops!) I did take a walk today though and did some sit ups, so thats a step in the right direction. I think I need to start adding more excersise into my plan, even though I hate working out with a passion.
Besides, if one of my goals is to be able to run a mile, I can't do that sitting on a couch, that's for sure.
Classes until 445 today. Joy.
