Food:
Breakfast- 2 eggs
Lunch- chili fixed with ground chicken and pinto beans (or whatever beans you use for chili. haha)
Snack nothing
Dinner- steak and twice baked potato (freaking AMAZING potatoes. If you see them in the store, they are in no way 'diet friendly', but they more than make up for it in taste. )
