Weight: Havent checked because I'm on my period.
Exercise: Sexy Sides (a FANTASTIC workout that shows great results and it litterally takes less than a minute to do)
Food:
Breakfast- two eggs, one blueberry yogurt, cup of strawberry halves
Lunch- Ham sandwich, no cheese and a little mustard
Snack probably nothing. i got up too late to have dinner as well.
