| Complete! Five tubes of blood taken, several papers signed and reviewed, and it's done! A little dizzy and tired and my arm hurts, but it won't have to be done again until about 26 weeks. Yay! I have 10 weeks to wait! The next appointment is with Dr. Watson and I get a pap smear (those are always fun) and God only knows what else, but I'm feeling pretty good. She isn't associated with hospital that I wanted to go to, but I asked if something extreme happened and the baby had to be taken into neonatal care if we could switch hospitals. The nurse said it would be OK, just that the doctor probably wouldn't be the one looking after the baby. Which I'm fine with. They have specialists where I want to go. Oh well. Now i get to wait two weeks!! |
