| Productive!!. So I've been so consumed with the new baby on the way that I have totally been forgetting to some things...like homework, big shocker since I really don't ever do mine anyway. But whatever, there was an essay that I thought was due like 3 weeks ago so I never wrote it because U thought it was overdue...well apparently not. It was due today! So thank goodness, or at least I hope so, I got it turned in on time and I was super excited about that since I have never read Antigone nor do I ever plan to and I wrote the whole 4 page essay and works cited page in about an hour with some sparknotes help...thank you sparknotes!! So since I thought that was all that I had to do today, I've been bull shitting the rest of the day. I went to the Med office and got my temp card so I could go see the doctors and then Kevin and I went to get his hair cut and then some lunch because I was craving Wendy's nuggets LOL. So After we got home, he took a nap and I called the doctor that I wanted with all my Med information only to be told that yes I got approved but it was active...I'm like are you serious?! I freaking asked the girl at the counter if I could go ahead and call the doctor and make an appointment or if I needed to wait a certain amount of time and she said I could call..I was like bitch! If you don't know what you're talking about, then don't freaking say anything!! But I'm over it now. The receptionist was so nice and understanding and she said she would check again tomorrow and see if anything had changed. I'm glad I chose that doctor's office. So then I've been catching up on some shows that I've missed because of work and everything and I just don't have time. So eight-ish rolls around and I decide I want to take a shower. So I go do that and then I'm lying there watching Kevin do something on his computer. And have you ever had one of those moments where it's like something just pops into your head and you're like oh fuck? Well that happened when I realized that it was Monday and my final project for MASS COMM was due at midnight! And this one is worth 100 points of my grade!! enough to take me from an A to a B!! I flipped so I got online and looked at all the projects i could choose from, chose something relatively easy, and finished it in 2 hours!! I was so proud of myself. So now I've done an essay and a final project all in one day. I was like me and baby, we got this thing! I feel so relieved now and now all i want to do is lie down in bed and watch tv but Kevin's in there watching some car thing and playing on his computer. It annoys me that he wastes so much electricity, especially since I'm paying for everything right now and I'm broke as a mofo! I guess it's time to pull out the pregnancy card. |
