I got home last night. It was so hard to leave, I wanted to stay so bad. I got in around 3:00 on Thursday, it was so good to see Austin. I saw him and just started to cry and gave him a big hug. Then we went back to his place and I put my suitcase away and sat down and we talked. Then we took off to dinner, we went to the Olive Garden, that is my favorite place. His roommate was there when we first got there, but he was packing his car to get ready to leave, it was nice meeting him.
After dinner we went walking around Denver and checking places out. Then we came home and watched a little TV and went to bed. It was so nice to have his arms around me and hold me. Then Friday we got up and went back over to the house we like, I wanted to look at a few more different ones, maybe one that is cheaper, but Austin really wants the house we are saving for. So I guess that will be the one we will get. Then we went to this mexican place for dinner I can't remember the name of it, it was good. Austin was saying how much he missed the girls and how he felt so bad missing Tatyana's first birthday. I told him she will never remember you missed it.
That night he had a friend come and take me out for a bit, he had errands to run he said. So a girl he works with came and got me and we went out shopping. I really didn't care to be out shopping, but he said get out for a bit.
Well, when I got back to the house Austin had made a romantic dinner for the two of us. He made some twice baked potatoes, prime rib, and a medley of veggies and a salad. It was so great. It wasn't quite ready when I got back, so I jumped in the shower and got all dressed up. I can't believe how he did the dining room up so romantic. After dinner he gave me a present and it had the prettiest dark purple and black sexy nighty. Needless to say we had a wonderful evening, I didn't want it to end. And needless to say we sleep in we got to sleep very late or rather very early in the morning.
Saturday he took me over to meet a lot of his co-workers, they are very nice people. And I really like his boss, he is a very nice man. His boss asked if I skied, I said, yes. He said, great the company does a big ski weekend for those that go skiing. So I can't wait for that, I told Austin we need to make sure we have the money for I can come out for that. But, if it comes down to me moving down here sooner or the ski trip, it will be me moving down there first.
Saturday night I got all my stuff together for I didn't have anything to do Sunday. So Sunday morning we went out to breakfast, then went back and just spent time together. My flight left at 6, and we wanted to get to the airport by 4. We got there I checked in, but I stayed with Austin till about 5:15, then I headed to the gate. I hate that they won't let people go sit at the gates with you anymore. It was so hard to leave, I just cried and cried and hung on to him, I wanted him to either come with me, or me stay with him, I just hated getting on that plane and leaving. That is harder on me then saying good-bye to him on the phone. He was so cute, because once I got to the gate about 3 minutes later my phone rang and he talked to me until I boarded the plane. Still isn't the same as his being here with me, but it was nice to hear his voice until I boarded.
Now, I'm home and back to taking care of the girls and working. Seems so lonely already! I don't know if I can make till we have the money for the house. I'm beginning to think that house just isn't worth the time away from him. But, he says, it will be well worth it. I sure hope so! Of course we called the girls a couple of times a day and I and Austin talked to them. Journey wanted to know when she was going to see her daddy, and Taty she really didn't stay on the phone, she listened for a few minutes and that was about it.
Well, I need to get back to do some work. I haven't done much of it today! |
