My Personal Diary
So I realized that I am going into this blind. I honestly need help I think. Lol. In the last entry I mentioned that we are currently on the treadmill, stair climber, and the bicycle. I need a work out plan. I need help knowing when to incorporate more things, and when not to. How often. How long should we work out on each one? Am I doing it right by doing a few minutes on each one then switching? I need everything on my body to be worked out. My arms, chest, back. My stomach and my legs are my biggest concern but I do see other things that I want to change. I need help from someone who does this alot. I honestly have no idea what I'm doing. We have access to everything. Everything I could imagine in a gym is there. We have access to inside and outside pools (don't know if those would really help me).
We have tennis courts that for only $5 we can use for an hour and a half. We have zumba classes. Other fitness classes. Which I don't think I'm really ready to join in any classes....but I don't know what to start out with and what not to. When to switch it up. Any help would be much appreciated.
