- Someone looked rather lost downtown this morning so I offered them some help.
- Held seats for a stranger so they could run and get coffee before the lecture started
- Ran into starbucks and told the barista to take my gift card and use it on the next person who came into the place.
- Paid for the person behind me at Tim Hortons.
- Held a door for someone.
- Helped someone in the office next door carry some really awkward looking packages.

- Bought hot chocolate for the girls in the office
- Gave someone in line at two loonies for their toonie when the cashier said she couldn't open her till.

- Put money on the guitar case of a busker in Winnipeg Square
- Held the door of a woman carrying a lot of laundry in our building

- Offered to go on a Tim Hortons run for everyone in the office
- Left my quarter in my cart for someone else to use.
- Paid for the order behind me at Tim Hortons
- Brought cookies for the girls in my pole dancing class
- Helped a co-worker carry stuff to her car
- Listened to a friend when they needed it.
- Drove two hours with celebrate a friends birthday

- Hell House - instead of a haunted house at halloween for the last 10 years a small evangelical church has been doing something called a Hell house which depicts various sins and ends with a room that depicts hell and the standard issue alter call.
