He wants to get married and has asked that I forgive him and to give us a 2nd chance......

I feel sad and resentment and feel afraid that things won't change......

In my heart I know I love him, but I don't know if we should continue on.......

Do I say yes and give it a 2nd chance?

I am scared to make a mistake either way :<(

I need your advice!

I say listen to your gut instinct. Sadness, rescentment, fear...those are hard things to over come quickly. If you want to give it a second chance, I say hold off on the marriage - until you are sure.

uuhhhhhh give it time.
tell him that you need time to make a decision and that you guys need a game plan to make it work!
marriage won't fix things. if you guys can't get it to work now, getting married will only make it harder to break it off!
i don't know your whole situation...but i think you need space to be yourself for a minute!

A marriage proposal isn't something you should have to consider. It's something you should just.. know. I don't mean to be a downer on you or anything, but it's the truth. Second chances are definitely sometimes deserved, but in dating, and gaining trust again. Not by jumping into a marriage.
