Wow.... I don't even know where to start! It's insane that my lasty entry on here was when Lucas was born.... because we're going to his 1st birthday party this Saturday! He's such an adorable little boy!
June 28th Randy and I will be together for a year and a half! To celebrate, we're going to see Eclipse! lol
I'm now in 2nd semester of college, on my way to becoming a Vet Tech.
A couple months ago we found out that my Dad has thyroid cancer. I cannot even go into what a HUGE ordeal it has been with the hospitals, and doctors messing up. Seriously like malpractice mess ups! They basically almost killed my Dad! I think it's only his will power and stubbornness that made it so he is even here today. Today was his last dose of chemo, and he still has the rest of this week on radiation, then 8 days of "boost" radiation... then they will have to do a scan and see what effect the treatments have had. Needless to say I will be praying EVERY day that the scan comes back that the cancer is gone! He spent 5 weeks in the hospital after something that was supposed to be a one night stay... and I was there pretty much EVERY day... so we have gotten a lot closer. All my sisters talk to me again... and even consider me their sister again, which is something I wasn't so sure was ever going to happen! My niece and nephew are absolutely PRECIOUS!
I spent all of the week before last in the hospital because I had a horrible infection in my leg... and they had to pump me full of antibiotics through an IV... then I got to go home and take pill antibiotics for another 10 days... I just finished those up this morning. But basically I have not felt good at ALL for the last month... and I really hope this is the end of it... I am tired of being sick!
Well I guess that's all for now... I'll update more as I think of things that have happened.... I know a lot has happened in the last year! lol
