Okay you guys...This morning I woke up, and automatically [after checking cukiee and the pups] went to my computer and uploaded all of the pics. Then I tried to jump online so I could share them with you guys.....But my internet is down. So I'm gonna have to wait to upload the pics.
Right now I am at my mom's, and unfortunately there's no way for me to access the pics on my comp. SORRY!!! Please don't be mad! I promise that as soon as my internet comes back up, I will post them!!!
As for Cukiee and the pups. For now they are all okay. Cukiee and one of the pups gave me a scare earlier today. First, the 8th pup wouldn't latch on to Cukiee, at first it couldn't even find it's way to Cukiee at all. We got her out of the box and tried bottle feeding her. She would latch on to the bottle, but she wouldn't suck. I thought we were going to lose her because she wouldn't eat. So, my wife, being the brilliant woman that she is, went and found a syringe. I boiled it and my sister put some milk in it and stuck that in the little babes mouth, and she sucked it down. So, now she's getting the milk that she needs, we just have to make sure she stays warm. :]
Cukiee was apparently ALL puppy!! Because after she had all 8 she was sooooo skinny. She looks starved. Even though she was eating 2-3 times a day while preggo. I guess those 8 pups took all of it. So I went to the store and bought 10 cans of soft dog food. [She eats it better, and it will fatten her up.] When I got home I mixed half a can with some dry dog food. She really got into that! lol She LOVED it. But I think she ate way too fast because about 15 min after she ate it, she started throwing up. And it was all the canned dog food. Only not so digested. And Cukiee scares me when she throws up, because she starts falling over like she can't stand up and almost like she's choking on it until she can actually get it up. When I left her a little while ago, she was in the Kennel feeding the pups! And I think she got it all up! I'm gonna have to start feeding her small meals 4-5 times a day. That way, maybe she won't get so sick.
As for an update on me, I am now a week late. AF was due last Saturday. BUT- I only have $1 left, and the store is out of the $1 hpts. So I will have to just continue to wait. I will tell you that I have been feeling sick today. But I think it's from my nerves over Cukiee. I don't know why but the whole time Cukiee was having pups I was sooo nervous. I was shaking and had to walk away for most of it. I was fine with her first litter. I don't know what my deal was last night.
