Having a child when you don't like children is completely idiotic.

That's awful.. from what I've heard from others who are TTC.. that's the worst part.. people who are TTC who really have no business "trying" and they get pregnant, when the ones who are ready willing and able.. just can't get pregnant. *Hugs* I'm sorry, but I hope it's your turn soon.

It kinda does... I mean that doesn't make any sense either. Ugh... especially when people like you and other people I know that try so hard and for so long for babies they truly want and will love unconditionally!

*random noter* It's hard not to compare yourself to others when you're trying. My 20yo nephew got his girlfriend pregnant and they have a kid. It made me pretty annoyed because I'm thinking, "Holy crap, I'm 26, married, husband has a wonderful career, I get to stay home and craft and we don't have a kid!" Then I realize, "My life is awesome because I don't HAVE to work, we get to travel and we don't struggle. We have all we need and some of what we want and we're very fortunate." Try to stay positive, okay? It's hard but your day WILL come.

random: I know how you feel on that matter. 2 girls at work (who didn't want to get pregnant again because they had one year olds) both got pregnant around the same time. It was like "oops, I'm pregnant". My husband and I are on our 18th cycle of TTC and it's honestly not fair. Babies are springing up everywhere except in my tummy. None of my friends have had to try over 4 months. we will get our wish someday, but I understand the frustration. Sending baby dust your way.

Have you gone to the DR about TTC? And charted and planned with them and gotten tests to make sure your fertile and everyhing? That could be a reason why things are delayed.. Also from the sounds of it the donar tracking your cycle doesnt mean anything and sometimes you ovulate at a different day in your cycle then day 14 or whatever is the 'norm'. Have you tried checking your CM and temp and things like that?

just think, one of them will be unhappy with a child whereas you and mel will both be completely and utterly stoked when you guys have a baby. <3

Oh hunny I'm sooo sorry That had to have hurt. (hell - it hurts ME just hearing about it.) I've felt like giving up too. But as you've told me before, say to yourself "I WANT A BABY". I might not know you personally but as much as we've talked, I know you and Mel will be great parents one day.
PS:: A few family members recently suggested for me to start taking estrogen + folic acid supplements. The folic acid is supposed to clean the uterus and estrogen to increase fertility.
