im new and have lots of questions so here is where im asking so anyone can see it and answer the questions ive got so feel free to say whatever you want

i wounder why the mom of my step kids is so terrible to them and why they wont just give them to there father i wish i know can anyone give me any ideas how to make things better for them please

Well you would have to give me more information for me to give you any advice or suggestion why. What does she do that's so bad to them? And what is the father's situation right now? Most courts won't hand over full custody to another parent unless the other person has been proven in court unfit.

Yes, makayla is right. They won't hand over full custody unless they are proven to be unfit. And more so, they try to keep children with their mothers. I've noticed that trend at least...

We'd have to have more background info. to really be able to help.

჻ೋ჻ Welcome to Bloop! Goodluck with the kids. That's a difficult process, and the other people who commented are right, usually one parent has to get proven unfit or give up their rights. A lot of states favor giving the kids to their mother. ჻ೋ჻

I have been in your shoes, it is definitely a draining experience... I would start off by letting the kids know that you care about them and that you are there for them. Also depending on what state you live in, the kids can ask to live with you guys once they are a certain age. Also you really need to consider if you and your partner are truly ready and able to take on being the main parents full time to these kids.
