Today I was at the Panther's football game! We actually got there in time this time! We even had 20 min. to spare. So we were able to watch the stuff that goes on before hand.
I just wanna say before I continue that I am by no means an emotional person!
Anyway, so we prayed. Even though I'm not super religious or anything, it was kinda emotional to see so many people come together and share a moment like that. But what was even better, where I got choked up at (not crying or anything but when you feel that lump in the back of your throat) was when they guy sang the national anthem and everyone was cheering afterwards. It was like all of America was united and it was a great feeling! I've never really considered my self patriotic either, but when everyone was there, all standing, all clapping and cheering, I was moved. At that moment I was proud to be an American, haha cheesssy right! (most countries think that's all we know and think about and that we are dumb)
It was definitely an out-of-body experience for me!!!
