So much to do, and plenty of time

Summer is actually beginning to look really exciting!!

Tomorrow I'm seeing my best friend, who to this day, I'm still pretty much psychic with, and even though we barely see eachother, we always manage to make eachother die laughing! It's pretty boschtastic. I can't wait to see her!

Then I'm going home, and one of my other best friends is coming round for tea. God that sounds old fashioned. But he's gonna come over for dinner and to chill out with me before we head off to band practice!

On that note, my band is really starting to move forward. After the recent departure of our old guitarist, and the acquisition of a fill-in, we've been powering on full steam, working like we never have before. We have so much drive now! In just over 3 weeks, we return to the stage of our local venue, in which we haven't played a show for nearly 10 months. With 4 new songs to play, that have never been heard before. It's a really nerve-racking concept, but I can't describe how excited I am.

This coming week, I'm teaching my best friend Dan (who's coming round tomorrow) how to do free-weights, as he wants to start bodybuilding like me (which is really flattering, as he said that I was his inspiration to do so!), I'm meeting my friend Jess for a day, and I'm spending a day and a night with my closest childhood friend George and his fiance Dani, which is really exciting, because I rarely get to see them.

At the same time as all of this, I'm organising my nutrition intake to encourage fat loss and muscle gain, organise doing an intensive driving course, planning my family holiday to Egypt, and planning out my Dissertation, as well as what bands I'm going to go and see this year.

Well, I can't say I'll be bored!

What type of music does your band play? What's the nutrition plan? I could use the help

We play Heavy Metal hahaha!

And my current nutrition plan is based around working out the Calories, Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat contents of my meals.

I'm aiming to take in 2000 Calories, 170g Protein, 150g Carbohydrates and 60g Fat each day, combined with going to the gym 6 days a week, alternating between Cardio and Building each day. For example:

Monday: Chest and Biceps Building
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Legs and Shoulders Building
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Back and Triceps Building
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Rest
