The weekend was pretty uneventful I suppose. We went back to visit his family and stayed with his mom. Made our rounds to the family so everyone could see Claire before there was a crap ton of drama started. It isn't that I didn't want them to meet her, I love showing her off - I just like doing it on my time and not when people are yelling and getting upset because shes 4 weeks old and blah blah blah. Give me a break , we were 14 hours away and we JUST moved up here. Moving with an infant is tough stuff , and now we are trying to settle in and relax a bit. I should be allowed to do that before I feel obligated to run back two hours, but nope. Saturday bowling with Tom and Nikki, home yesterday and went to breakfast this morning.

We finally were able to get the Mylicon drops for Claire and my gosh do they ever work. They are able to make her pass gas through with a bit less pain and they force her to have a bowel movement. But she still isn't having them on her own. I stopped the drops for a day or two in order to see if she would have one on her own and of course it was non successful.

The movers finally got into town last night I guess and called today if we were ready to accept our stuff and I had to tell them to move it into storage. It is kinda frustrating. Mainly not having Claire's things I guess, having to buy everything new that we need and don't have with us ( clothes, toiletries etc) but then there is boredom stayinG in this damn TLF. We have the computer and laptop for entertainment. Which for most people is great but I don't use either much. I don't have a house to clean or decorate, things for me to do around the house, her toys to play with her or anything. I guess just keep working through the days and motions and hopefully the house is ready soon. They have to be moved out today so it is just a matter of waiting on maintenance to finish fixing it up.

Thats all I really have to speak of today. Claire is laying on a blanket on the floor in front of me , Josh eating a sandwich watching ESPN. Tonight is American Idol and Biggest Loser ( another downfall of TLF, no DVR and both shows are on at the same time ).
