Well, I decided to become vegan.
And, not because of the animal rights and the political things, but because of the health benefits. And, it's not going to be for very long. But, I know that if I follow a pure vegan diet, I can cut enough calories to eat normally... and even below what I should be eating.
My friend and I have a diet plan going. She is vegan, and has been since last September. She is going to help me in all of this. We both have gym memberships and are going to go there three or four times a week to do some crazy exercises. Its based off of a celebrity exercise, so its going to be incredibly rough, but we can do it.
And, I've got tofu, boca burgers, chik'n, and lots of fruits and veggies. I think I can do this. This is my third day, and I'm not going crazy. I know it'll get hard though. And, my family doesn't know that I'm going vegan for a little while. The last time I told them that I was going to, they did everything in their power to talk me out of it.
Maybe this time will be different.
