Dang what a day!!!! I am so gladthat today is my FRIDAY!!! WOOT WOOT!!! It's FRIDAY!!!
That one of the benefits about working for the government, I get all the holidays off, and then I took Friday off since it is our Wing Picnic ( the whole base is pretty much shut down for a huge picnic, free food, free beer, vendors giving stuff away) and The Enlisted Spouse Club is having a booth, I ma working our booth since I am the President of the club ( yes you can bow now, and worship me if you like). If my old boss was still here I wouldn't have to take the day off, he always jsut let me go over there and do the booth, but the new peeps, not so much!!
Today was a long day though and kinda depressing, as the provider I work with found out his cancer is back and he will be going through Chemo and radiation again, he is super depressed and anger and keeps talking like he won't make it this time!!! Gives me even more drive to raise money for Relay for Life!!! wanna donate I will post the link lol

Would you ever consider meeting anyone off the internet? If you have, who did you meet? (were they other bloopers?)
yep, I have met a few people off hte internet, being a military spouse, yahoo groups, blogs and facebook groups get started then you end up actually meeting someone from that group. Some of my best friends I met on a Luke AFB yahoo group right after we all moved here or in the process of moving here, there is a group of I would say 10 of us, that has a bond that will never be broken and heck 5 of us have the same tattoo... and we all met via the internet.
I have met other military wives that I am also close to that i have known for 10 or more years, we have shared so much together, good,bad, heartaches, being scared out of our minds when ones husband was injured in Iraq, births of babies, death. Our bond grew closer with each passing day, I have met a few in person, stayed at their house, or them mine and it was by meeting on the internet!!!
