Brrrrrr, it is cold here tonight, it is only 42 degrees but I ain't use to this anymore. We actually turned the heat on this morning!
I can't believe that it is almost Thanksgiving, I have the next 5 days off and I so need it, I am so tired of the drama in my clinic, I swear we could do a reality show or a soap opera.
I have done hardly any Christmas shopping, I think I bought 2 things and that is it, I take that back I bought 4, 3 for Seth and 1 for my hubby. I really need to get the move on, but they still need to give me some list or they are not going to get anything.
