Weekend Recap!

Okay – soooo weekend didn’t go as planned and it makes me a little upset that I allowed myself to break my own promise and then ended up having a crappy following day because of it. Blah so here is my recap of my weekend. Enjoy.

Friday
Friday … what did I do? Oh yeah that Holiday party with Taylor! It was so much fun – my GPS got us lost downtown. Imagine that! Haha. Actually she just didn’t realize the street she was trying to take us on wasn’t a street we could actually turn onto, but we did anyways. Taylor is a nice guy, but it’s like part of me could see me dating him and the other part is more like hmmm not really. He acts like an old person sometimes and I am too young to be boring all the time. I want to have fun while I am able to! Haha. Anyways – we had a blast the food was nice and delicious. I wore my black/gold shimmer slim fitting dress. I have pics of the night I will need to get them online and post them! All in all – nice evening.

Saturday
So, I had lunch with Pete – he is nice. We actually kept talking so much that the waiter kind of got irritated with us cause we didn’t order as quickly as he liked lol. I had Chi Tea Latté to start and then a house salad (wasn’t that impressed) I ended up spilling my dressing all over the table. I quickly explained to Pete that grace was def. not bestowed onto me. Haha. He laughed and helped clean it up while we waited for our waiter. I then had a burger with swiss cheese and mushrooms. Really freaking yummy actually!! Our date lasted about two hours – pretty cool. I’d hang out with him again, but I’m not sure how much of a romantic interest I have with him. If anything I’ve made a new friend!

Next, I had happy hour with Mike – he was funny. First I will start off with – he happens to know Kyle (the guy I just stopped seeing) he doesn’t know him well, but has seen him around. They are both in Navy Seal training. They will actually be working together in a few weeks, so he will get to know him better. Lol. He asked me about why I quit seeing Kyle, I explained the reasons and then some. He said it all made sense – he always got a strange feeling from Kyle anyways. Other than that we talked about how we are both from Washington and he talked about his journey into the Navy and how he ended up here and his Seal training so far (which is more than Kyle ever told me about himself lol) I went to go change out of my regular clothes and into my nicer ones for the symphony while we were getting drinks. He was like wait your wearing something even nicer than what you have one now? Haha. He said he doesn’t dress up much cause its usually him in his navy gear. By the end of our date which was also two hours long I kind of wanted to blow off the symphony and keep hanging out with him, but I already promised Preetam I would go lol.

Apparently, Preetam isn’t gay. My bad. It was just his other friends that are. Damn it I wanted a gay guy friend to go shoe shoppin with! Lol.

The symphony was nice actually – I already signed up for tickets to go to others ones during the year. Free ones. I ended up going out with Preetam after the symphony like I said I wouldn’t. Gerr. Lol I was having so much fun tho – anyways I ended up buying us a round of drinks. I felt bad cause all day guys had been buying me food, drinks, etc and I was like eh I got to buy something in return. I was totally hung over the next day – I knew I should of drank more water. Ugh. Oh well, next weekend is another attempt.

Sunday
I did nothing, but sleep pretty much all day. *sad face* I got up around 2pm and decided to go Christmas decoration shopping for my apartment. Got a fake tree and some other stuff. I invited Mike over to help me set up and decorate. He helped me with the tree and then we watched a movie, I made dinner, then we tied strings onto my tree decorations, last we watch two episodes of Dexter. He hadn’t ever seen it – he liked it and wants to keep watching it. Haha Yes! Another win for Dexter!!! So, its interesting – he said he has only had two gf’s in his entire life *looks at her own long list of bfs and feels bad lol* I asked why he had only had two and he said they were the only two girls he met that were quality material for dating. He also says he isn’t into one night stands – but how he talks sometimes makes me wonder lol. I have been texting him for like a week now (before we met) and I had previously complained about my bed and how I sleep on my couch every night. Before he leaves he was like show me that bed of yours and the bad springs. I instantly thought, wait a minute … I thought you weren’t like that, but honestly he just wanted to see how crappy my bed was. Hahaha. Funny stuff. He left his sweatshirt at my apartment – of course. Signature guy move of, now he has a reason to come back. That’s okay though I let him borrow a couple movies. Anyways totally pg date number two wasn’t half bad hah.



So, that’s my weekend. I still really want to meet CJ, hopefully some this time week I can. James text me over the weekend as well, I didn’t respond though really cause it was Saturday – when I was super busy. He is nice enough, we met at a Halloween party. We have only “hung out” once besides the Halloween party – so I don’t really make him a priority ya know? Plus, I am looking for more than that. Hmm anything else? History final is this week – I need to finish taking notes. Suppose that’s all for now.
