I dont think I have given myself enough credit for the hard work I have put in when it comes to being a healthier me. I have lost 20 pounds - this is the most i have ever lost. It took me 22 years to get to the place I am now. With that said, its not going to be a quick fix. I haven't completely accepted that but i am slowly coming to terms with it. Right now, am at a platue & need to tip the scale between working out & eatting. Am most likely joining Weight Watchers next pay day. I am concerned about the 15 dollar fee every week. However, its easy to drop 15 dollars on one night out - movie, dinner etc. So, if it means cutting back one night out to reach one of my goals then i am perfectly content with that. Also, if after a couple weeks i find it to be too tight with money & have to sto attending then i still have the tools to continue on my own since you get the booklet at the first meeting you attend. Last but not least i would ♥ to learn more about food. The different groups, different ways to prepare them etc. With that said, all in all i think this is a win-win situation (: I am a little scared that am not going to lose weight when i go to the weigh ins. But, i'll cross that bridge If & when i get there!
