2010...will this be the year?

Everytime new years rolls around i say "This is going to be the year. This year is my year "
BUT
Unfortuntely every year that is not the case. They saw life is what you make it. So, maybe this year i got to really put my all into it. Am not sure exacty what that means but am sure i can slowly discover it.

EDIT: My two weeks vacation ends on monday. Work isn't the greatest. But, i know in the next month their will be a change & it will make it much more enjoyable. I have been able to wait it out this long so far so whats another month? Plus, I know this hard work & frusteration will pay off in the long run :)

Sorry my entries havent been the most postive lately. That will change shortly!

RYC: I've been stuck in a plateau since the spring. But prior to that, I did various things to help get the weight off...changed the way I ate, more fibre, more protein, less sugar, exercised more

I have always been a strong believer of "life is what you make it". It's all in the attitude. If you have a positive attitude, you can take any situation and make it the best it can be. Even the most terrible situation can have some kind of positive effect on you. I hope this IS your year
