I'm doing real well with my eating, can't you tell?
My body still hurts. My calves kill and I can't seem to find a decent stretch that fully alleviates the awful tightness. I'm literally limping because I can't seem to extend my leg all the way out in stride.
I want to do a little cardio today, but a little cardio turns into a little more cardio, a little ab work, a few more tricep dips...
I guess that's the good thing, though, the amount I'm working out. I'm working off so many calories that Spark upped my caloric intake, and now I can eat a whole lot. Almost 2000 calories. If I work out enough, I won't be able to eat enough. I'm alright with that. I love eating. Hence my weight.
Either way, I hurt all over except for the places I want to hurt, (see: lovehandles, triceps, lower stomach.)
Hmmm.
Time to compose tomorrow's workout to make sure those areas HURT. |
