unemployment stuff?

I'm quitting Country Junction... due to Sexual Harassment issues never being taken care of. As I mentioned in a previous entry. I've complained about Brian, the 40 year old black guy who's been hitting on me since day one of me working at Country Junction. I've complained at least 4 times about him and it's always "that's how Brian is" UHM. I DON'T CARE? You do not act like this at work. & if she goes "I'm not gonna approve your unemployment request" I'll just say "either grant me the unemployment, or I take you to court for sexual harassment issues never taken care of."... simple as that. I'm so sick of of being treated like shit at work. I'm done. I can collect unemployment & if I have to; move out of Pennsylvania. to get a job. this is gonna be hard. but I need to do this. Everyone thinks I'm being stupid for this. but why is it stupid? I'm being sexually harassed to the point where I do anything & everything to steer clear from Brian I cling to everyone and wait for him to leave. I can't work like that...
