Henry is having surgery

Tomorrow (3/25/09) morning at 7:45 am CST Henry is having tubes put in his ears. He's been to the hospital/urgent care/doctor every 3-4 weeks with an ear infection since he was 6 months old. So, he is the perfect candidate (according to the otolaryngologist). Anyway, I know he'll be fine. But I wanted you (my friends) to know that he will be having surgery. I'm not a praying person, but would love good thoughts sent our way throughout the day tomorrow. (Trust me...I'm not worried, I know he'll be fine...I've been under the knife plenty...I just hate that he has to do this at such a young age). I know this is a good thing for him and it will help him to continue to develop. His ability to walk is being impeded by this (equilibrium issues) so this should allow him to continue on his little boy path to being a big boy!!

Harley had this at the age of 2, and its such a simple surgery im sue he will be just fine. and being able to hear well at this age is so important!

random reader: aww, your poor little guy! tubes in your ears are rough. i had them at 6 months, and 6 years. i kept horrible infections (and i have scar tissue in my ear canals because of those, and the tubes) so i do feel bad for him. =-/
