From my last entry, I was a inturn for a secretary at my school. I got a couple of comments stating how rude I was. I would like to say that I wasn't rude most of the time. As I said earlier, I was very nice. The parent on the other line was extremely rude and called me a Bitch. So, me; being fed up with this days worth of crap, said "Sorry, sounds like a personal problem; Guess your child will be stranded at school" was a way to let it all out.. Yes, it was rude. I realize this. But, I don't expect to get hate comments. I do respect your opinion though. Thanks.

Work in a call center for about 8 years.. see how much shit you put up with .. cause honestly i can guarantee you that the parent you spoke too would be NOTHING compared to the actual customers pissed off about their phones, bank accounts or even fees that the company charges.

I did know. And, it was a hate comment. Remember I'm only 16. So, with my internship; I get better credit for my school years. I'm not fully equipped for a job like this whatsoever. So, there's no need to get defensive and all.

It seems like she had called a couple times before, and had encountered rude people a lot of times.

Even if she called you a bitch, you shouldn't have acted in that way.
How old are you? You're still young - you might be a bit immature and teenager-ish right now, but you'll outgrow it and learn that talking to an adult, as an adult, will get you further along in life.

And the lady didn't really call YOU a bitch - she asked if everyone at that school was a bitch.
