I haven't been in an update-y mood lately. I am grumpy today too. Very very cranky. The event I planned for my sorority alumni group was today. It went HORRIBLE. I emailed this woman on our exec board who did the event last year to ask if we could use all of the decorations. It didn't make sense to go buy new ones when she had everything. Well, she took that as me telling her that I needed her to help and I couldn't do it on my own. TOTALLY NOT TRUE. She TORE me apart today to the point I was in tears. She told me that she didn't sign up for this and she was doing a favor by bailing me out. WHAT THE F. I had everything under control. I brought the food, drinks, etc. All I needed from here were the cupcakes stands and the effing tables decorations. Anyways, luckily she didn't stay too long. But, I got home to an email from our president apologizing. It was in response to an email from Carol (mean lady) that said...

Attached are a few pictures from this a.m. I have to confess that I was a bitch to Kate; sorry but I was just exhausted and besides still being annoyed about last minute planning and having to be there, I'd gotten some terrible news earlier in the morning and didn't have an ounce of tolerance left to be nice. I really wasn't nice. I could feel myself being a bitch but I just didn't care................sorry. On the good deed side of things, I did make about 75 cupcakes last night after my bike ride. They made the display look good and I think the girls like them. they looked cute enough.. Not the best I've ever done and not as good tasting frosting - too messy but at least the Zetas got what they wanted. If Kate tells you I was a snot, she is right .I didn't have plates or forks because I didn't know Kate was bringing fruit. FYI The one photo shows the cookie tray. The other table has the cupcake stands with the Cupcakes, which I should have photographed. Anyway, the table looked decent even if I wasn't.

Besides bitchy Carol things went pretty well. Th girls seemed to enjoy it.
She really got to me. I miss Ryan. I am emotional. Moody. Cranky. Grrrr I know I shouldn't let it bother me but it does. Now I need to go clean, it is a mess in here. And, I need some sleep.
