So i haven't wrote in a couple days, I'm very sick i think its from smoking. broncitis or something. So i cut down on smoking like 99.9% i smoke one a day. That's a good thing because before i cut down i could just smoke about a pack a day. That's a lot of smoking. I think this is better for me, and after this week of just one, there isn't going to be anymore starting on Monday. Its hard so ill get all the support i can. WorKoUt PlaN yeah i got a little motivated to work out so i can quit smoking and be healthier. I don't do as much yet but after the weeks go by i will get into more rapidly. As of now take my time so i don't kill myself lol. When i work out to much the first week my body gets so sore i can't move it for days. That is not what i want. Good Luck Me.....
