State of Being: I'm cool. I was getting the sniffles last night, and I think my throat is scratchy. Probably due to starting to teach at a new school with new germs. a couple of the kids were sick last week too. But i don't think it's going to manifest into anything greater. I've already met my "I only get sick maybe once a year if that" quota.

current desire: to finish my novel. I'm so close. I won NaNoWriMo! I added over 50k words. woot! but now I just want it finished. I'm finally nearing the end. I have so many different endings written down, I finally have to choose which direction I want to go. And I'm at the point, where I have to do it pretty much now. I've been working on this thing for a few years now. Some of those endinging are outdated, and I've changed a lot since then. plot holes and what-not. So if I choose to go a certain way, I have some major editting to do. Which is cool, but still..

hrmmmm. Maybe Melissa Mccarthy. I'm picturing her from her Sookie days on Gilmore Girls. If not her, then Kirsten Vangness who plays Penelope on Criminal Minds. I totally believe Penelope and I have a spiritual connection. lol. Man, we need to get caught up on that show. I can't remember what season we stopped at, but I know we have a bunch more to go. We're currently on an NCIS binge.
