Time: 3:49pm
State of Being: tired
Song lyric in my head:
current desire: to not have to work tonight
where am I?: in the bedroom on the bed
what's that noise?: the fan of the lap-top
didn't update yesterday due to lack of brain power. worked yesterday 5-9 at the pharm (after 11-3 teaching)
I work today at 4:30, so I can't write for long. Today I did a trivia game with both my science classes for their test tomorrow. In social skills we talked about managing conflict. fun times.
I'm just really tired today for some reason. I hope i'm not getting sick. I think it's just the overabundance of work. Between both jobs, working 6 days a week is a killer. Even though it's only 40-50 hours, it's still the lack of days off. Stupid pharmacy. I can't wait until the day I quit. One day. It will come. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow. Hopefully next year. Hopefully. Send positive vibes that the school likes me and wants to promote me to full time next year.
Yesterday, another teacher got sent to my class to see how I "interact" with the kids. To learn from me. ME! That's awesome. At least that's what I got told. I'm hope it's not just to monitor me lol. I'm going to go with the first one.
Anywho, gotta run. Gotta get ready for pharmbox duty. ugh. I really dislike that place. It's worse when I'm tired from a long week.
I still have to make up two science tests tonight too. Brain.. mush.
On the study guides I gave them, apparently there were a few wording mistakes the kids called me out on. A "why" instead of a "what" and instead of "What is 3/4 of the surface of the Earth covered with?" I put "What is 3/4 of the Earth made of?" A parent called me out on that one. lol ooops. that's what I get for doing study guides late at night.
Okay I really gotta run.
peace!
