Time: 12:46am

State of Being: sleepy. but i feel the need to rebel and stay up out of principle, because of my random day off tomorrow. my body disagrees though.

Song lyric in my head: I still have that verse from Charge of the Light Brigade in my head... weird.

current desire: a billion dollars.. and a baby. lol If I ever do strike it rich, I won't go crazy. Just live comfortably for the rest of my life.

where am I?: in the bedroom on the bed

what's that noise?: the fans. Russ snoring next to me

So today I sent my resume for the After School Drama Teacher job. I checked my e-mail when I got home from work tonight, and the guy e-mailed me back already! woh! I have a phone interview set up for Friday morning at 9. He originally wanted Thursday, but my students have their exams that day, so I rescheduled it for Friday.

So is this a sign?

I don't know details. Times/pay/etc. All I know is that it is part time after school for a one hour session with the kids. And at the end of the year, they perform at a show. How awesome is that! Plus they already give me criteria and lesson plans. (I got all this from the craigslist ad plus the website)

I'm trying not to get excited. Especially because I don't get out of school until three, and that will most likely interfere with whatever time they have. And who knows what school and where it is.

I'm slowly leaning against taking the ESE exam.

Russ asked me tonight after work "so have you thought any more about that exam?" lol. He said that I should try and study anyway and take the quizlet tests to see how I do. If I take them and do fine, then take the exam. If I take it and fail, then i'll just have to take it again. When I asked about money, he was just nonchalantly saying we'll figure something out. lol. like coughing up $200 dollars a couple times is nothing to fret about. lol. I love him.

The pharmbox tonight was tolerable. It had some crazy busy spurts, but for the most part it was fine. I felt slightly irritable and I snapped at Ram a couple times. I didn't mean to. But I had to stop filling something to get the phone. Then I was stuck on the phone for a while with someone slightly annoying. At that time, the line at the register was building up, and Donald was stuck with his line at the drop-off window. There was another item left to fill in the bag I was originally working on before the phone call, but we didn't have it in stock. I went to go print out a "wait for drug order" label, but something else trumped it in the fill cue. The register line was long, and I couldn't ignore it to fill something else. So I hung the bag on the rack and told Ram, "You won't be able to visual this yet. There's another one in the cue holding it up. A losartan, but we don't have it in stock. We just have to print a label." Not 2 minutes later, I hear Ram snapping at Donald and I "are we working on a losartan!? There should be a losartan in here!" Ugh! So I was like "RAM! I JUST told you like five seconds ago that you wouldn't be able to visual that yet!"

Ram and I usually get along pretty well. We've gone at it a few times, because he can be pretty stubborn. But it's usually little snaps. I like working with Ram though, especially on weekends, because he and I developed a flow. And we're usually caught up pretty quickly. We both have the same mindset. Get everything done as quick as possible so we can spend the rest of the time stress free and basically doing nothing. lol. He's a good guy.

I think I need to head to bed. My five hours of sleep is catching up with me.

yay for a random day off tomorrow!

peace!

Good luck with the interview! It sucks it's just a part time thing though. It would be nice if you found something teaching full time. In a perfect world... lol
