So I'm sitting in class, sans instructor... so I figured instead of studying for the exam tomorrow I'd post an entry. I'm a bad little Aleñana, I know!
I decided to have a bath the other night (nothing unusual, I shower every day) and before my bath, I pulled that dreaded scale out of the closet. A little backstory, I weighed myself about a month ago to realize I was at the heaviest weight I've ever been. I lost 15 pounds! It may not be much NOW, but if I can keep going with it, I'll be able to get back down to 200 before graduation! I was telling my hubby about it, and told him I don't know where it went, because I didn't think I was doing anything differently. So it turns out; I've stopped snacking at night, and have started eating breakfast regularly! I didn't even realize I was doing it, I just fell into the habit with school, just like not staying up until 3 AM and sleeping until noon!
It's nice to have a positive entry for once!
