I'm going to take some before pictures in the next couple of days so you guys can track my progress with me. I think that by posting weekly photos it'll keep me motivated to continue going to the gym.
I was looking over some of the classes they offer and one of them caught my eye right off the bat. It's called Group Groove and it's a dance class! I love music and I like to dance.. in the privacy of my own home, but now I can embarrass myself in public and get healthy at the same time! I might even learn to find the beat so I can dance when I go out and not look like a complete idiot. =)
I did good today, y'all. For lunch I had a turkey sandwich and glass of water. For dinner I had grilled chicken, water, and vegetables. It was yummy!
