Another weigh-in has come and gone. I'm satisfied with the results considering I didn't get to work out at the gym this month. I was really anxious. I thought I had gained weight so when I stepped on the scale and it said I had lost I was THRILLED!
How much you ask?
This time I lost 8 pounds for a total of 10 since I started! I know it's not a lot but it's slowly coming off. I didn't get fat overnight and I'm damn sure not going to get thin overnight. It's a progress, but that's exactly the point. I have progressed!
