So first week of working out and eating healthier is almost over. I feel a lot better. I've managed to walk on the treadmill each time I've been at the gym. I'm still afraid of it, but I hold onto the rails and just go! I got up to 1.7 miles an hour today on it and am quite proud of myself.
We did 30 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and did another 10 of cardio before we left. It was hard and it wore me out and now my legs are sore, but I am sitting here with a smile on my face knowing that at weigh-in at the end of the month it's going to pay off.
They changed weigh-ins to once a month. This month we can either weigh-in on the 21st or the 28th. I'm gonna weigh-in on the 28th.
