So, update time (I r teh slack, yes?). I don’t update here that much as only a few people read it anyway, and my other net usage is taken up with either my guild forum or playing WoW.
WoW update: We’re progressing through Ulduar at our own pace, concentrating on achievements over boss kills. We have server first on 10 man ‘I Choose You, Steelbreaker’ and ‘Lose Your Illusion’, and have also done Crazy Cat Lady and several other meta achievements. In fact we’re probably almost halfway to completing Glory of the Ulduar Raider right now. On heroic, we got server second ‘I Choose You, Runemaster Molgeim’ and a few server firsts (2 towers on Leviathan etc). So it’s all good, keeping us challenged and preventing boredom. We haven’t even seen Yogg-Saron yet . Oh yeah, and also server second (within minutes) 4-minute Ignis.
Outside raids I’ve been playing a rogue alt a little bit (Combat swords with the account-bound sword/shoulders/trinket combo). He tears stuff up pretty nicely, currently level 43 and having fun.
Outside WoW: Very busy week last week; trip to Liverpool on Monday and then several targets to meet before cop Thursday. Then went to Dublin for the weekend to see a friend. Soooo expensive. 3 beers, 17 euros… which is pretty much £17. Ouch. |
