First Entry.
Hey guys! It's me Hollie, .xoxo. I made this diary to post my weight loss story. I want to lose about 50lbs at first, and then another 20-30 depending on how I look. I don't want to be really skinny, I just want to be healthy. I am starting my exercising tomorrow, and eating better. Today was pretty much a crappy day and I ate crappy. I started my period and needed sugar and chocolate. I have the day off tomorrow with little to do, so I figured it was perfect.
So today I'll post what I ate.
I had panda express, which was not the best choice lol. Beef jerky, pepsi, sour apple rings, and some chocolate ice cream.
I will admit that is crappy eating. I need to eat like breakfast, lunch and dinner. I barely ever do that, I usually eat one big meal and then snack throughout the day.
Well I have been ignoring this entry for a while. I just wanted to make a first entry. Tomorrow will be the first day of working out. I am considering doing a before picture but I'm not sure how comfortable I feel with that. I will say my starting weight is 198 and I would eventually like to be 130-120. I know I can do it!
It's late, and I am tired so I will TTYL!
