So I am officially in the 170s! I am 179, but it still counts lol! I was so surprised I lost weight this week, cause I didn't exercise at all except one day! I was really sick for two days, so maybe that is why. I'm not complaining though. I plan on working out more this week, and definitely doing spin class at least twice this week! I just wanted to update on this, it's late and I should be going to sleep. Just wanted to add, it's crazy looking at how much my BMI has went down in a couple of months. |
