Gosh I almost saved this entry with nothing in it! Anyways, not a very eventful week. I did work out 5 times this week, 4 at the gym and then one day intertubing on a boat. The intertubing is a hell of a workout, my body was still sore yesterday! I plan on working out tomorrow too, and I am actually excited. I got my mom and sister free 30 day passes so we have been going together and it's motivating me cause I can't just not go. They make me go and keep calling me and stuff to make sure I am up lol. I haven't lost any weight, I actually gained 2 pounds. I am not sure if that is water weight, or if I am gaining muscle or anything. I notice a huge difference in the way my clothes fit and my stomach looks smaller so that is good. I know I shouldn't really care about the number, and more about the way I feel and how my body is looking. I am excited to see how my body will change when I lose more weight. I need to start drinking more water, I notice if I have any sort of caffeine or anything other than water my body retains a lot of water. So I need to work on that. I also quit my job, and while I am stressing for money I am stressing a lot less actually. I don't have such a wacky sleep schedule cause I am not working until 11pm every night. It's just great to not be working, and not be stressed so much from that job.
