Hey so I am thinking of trying P90x. I need to kick my butt into shape, cause this whole plateau thing isn't cutting it. I figured this would be the perfect time, because I am only taking online classes and so I will have a lot more time. I am kind of torn though because I have my gym membership, but I can use the swimming pool and saunas for my sore muscles. I also read that if you have weight to lose (Like I do.) then you should also add in 30 minutes of cardio a day. I probably won't do 30 minutes a day, but I'll do like 30 minutes every other day depending on my work schedule and homework schedule. I wouldn't be able to order the P90x for another week though. So if you have tried it then let me know! I was thinking of doing just the P90, but I heard it gets boring because it's really just two different workouts. |
