So I have officially lost 18lbs, and have gone down two dress sizes. I am now a size 12, I went to value village today to buy some new jeans because I really needed some. My size 16s looked so horrible even with a belt, and they made my butt look like it was almost down to my knees lol. So I just got two pairs of jeans for now, I don't plan on staying at this size for very long. =] I need to get my butt to the gym though, I haven't been there in over a week. I am definitely going tomorrow, and I am going to the spin class I don't care how tired I am. I was so tired last week for some reason. I need to step my game up though, it's almost summer. I need to get back to my 10lbs a month goal, because I have been slacking. When I did the 10lbs a month I was doing good. It doesn't sound so bad, and it makes it kind of like a game.
Also if you guys are chocoholics like I am, then get the fiber one chewy bars in chocolate flavor. It feels like I'm eating something really bad for me, but it's only 90 calories. Definitely satisfies my craving without the guilt.
