I started my period! I'm giving myself a day off from exercising and eating right, because this is my first real period in a couple years. I have been on birth control for the past couple years and now that I am not I have the worst cramps and I just feel like dying. At least they're not so bad that I am puking, that would be so horrible. I used to get cramps like that, and I hope I don't again now that I am not on birth control. I'll exercise and stuff tomorrow, I have been doing good with that the past couple of days. I usually only cramp the first day, then after that I have little or none. I can deal with a little cramps, but these ones are really bad. I wish I had a heating pad.
