So I decided not to get P90x, because it's expensive and I already spend 40 dollars a month at the gym. I starting doing the spin class, and I think I'll do that 3 times a week, maybe more if I feel up to it. It really kicks my butt. I also need to add more toning into my workout because I don't want to have saggy skin. I have lost almost 17lbs so far. I have lost almost 2 dress sizes. When I first started this I was a size 16, now I am a tight size 12. I can fit into a 12, but not comfortably. I still have that muffin top.
I tried the 30 day shred on cable, and it was pretty intense. I really need to work on my strength training though. That will be my goal this week is to make sure I do it everyday.
I also need to quit slacking on the weekends, I usually don't track what I eat and I do not exercise.
I also need to quit drinking on the weekends, it's just added calories and sugar that I do not need.
I just need to keep working out regularly, I felt so good last week from working out. I worked out 4 days, which is pretty good for me.
I think that's it, I just wanted to update. It's really late and I should be going to bed. |
