Breaking A Sweat So how did my jogging go?
I am so out of shape. My father keep saying that I did well. I know he means well, but I still feel as though I ran such a small distance even if it wasn't 'small'. We didn't go to the stadium. We went to this little park nearby which is not much of a park but it's great anyway. It's made out of a running/cycling track and a lot of nature around it. Plus the canal beside it. I don't really think it's a canal actually, it's just a big open drain.
How far did I run? I asked my father how long one round was and he said (estimated) that it was about 1000 metres/meters (I'm guessing the one underlined with red, which is the first one, is British spelling ). I ran four and a half rounds. So I guess maybe that's good for a beginner. I have to eat breakfast. Later!

Why didn't anyone tell me that you're supposed to eat only after half an hour??!? Now my stomach feels like bursting. Sigh. I'm not wearing any underpants or bracelets right now 'cause I'm waiting for my body to dry up (it's already dried up actually ). Hmm. There was something I wanted to type about but my forgettery... *Taps head* Don't you just hate forgetteries, hmm?
Oh yes! I remembered what I was going to say. Well, I think the actual sport that is the most beneficial is...playing Dance Central 2 on your Kinect. I'm not kidding! When I exercise, I hardly break a sweat. Well, fine, I was sweating just now, but when I play Dance Central 2, I am dripping with sweat! Ahaha, you should get it and then you can exercise with pleasure everyday.
Have a great, fit day, everyone. ^u^
