Dream #6: The Shoot-Out

When I went to Bandung, I remembered a few dreams I had in the past and wrote them down. They were pretty much short and sweet but that makes them easier to write down.

The Shoot-Out
I was BLU's Spy and the RED's Sniper was there beside me. Someone was shooting at us and he had my mom (as in my mom IRL. I know, right?!) as a hostage. The Sniper was shielding himself with his arm from the gunfire and I was taking cover behind a fallen building (well, either it was a building or a bookshelf. Most likely the latter. Except that it was made of glass). I grunted as bullets whizzed past me. That guy would not stop shooting. I took in a sharp breath and yelped as a bullet grazed my knee.

"This time I'm aiming for the head!" laughed the man and he fired once more. I ducked, this time lying down flat on the ground (at this point, I moved into third-person). The Sniper and Spy looked at each other helplessly.

We were between a rock and a hard place.

Actually, this was part of a dream that involved a tsunami and a weird, purple monster with tentacles but I decided that it would be easier to just write down this particular part and cut out the rest.
