mommy graphics Exercise! This is probably going to be a short entry, LOL.
So! I've started exercising yesterday when I noticed my cheeks were getting fat. I panicked but I had to go to school already. So-wait, actually, it wasn't yesterday that I realised, think maybe a couple of days ago or something but anyway! So now my exercising schedule is like this after school:
1)Do 5 push-ups
2)Do the Plank for a minute
3)Do 5 sit-ups
4)Carry weights
5)Cycle on the cycling machine for 5 minutes
There used to be warm-ups before this stuff but I cut it out 'cause those are what made my schedule 'complicated' last time. The worst one ever is the push-ups!!! Oh gosh, those are like, they make you puff and pant by the time you've done five (unless you're exercise regularly, then you shouldn't have a problem )!
Anyway, I hope I can stick to this schedule. I'm well-known for not sticking to schedules!
Also, here's an interesting fact that Honeybee told me: "To burn off all the calories of one M&M, you have to walk an entire football field." Wow, that is really weird. Oh well.
I ate a packet of M&Ms last week.
