Fanfiction Websites, Seating Arrangements, And T.G's Excuses

03/12/2013

Wild, Crazy Guesses, Reading Progress And Tipping HatsTUESDAY
12th March 2013, 8.22 PM.

My mom is reading the Qur'an with my brother and it's my turn next so I may be interrupted.

Well, I guess I've really gotten into the 'Holiday Mood' now, I feel reluctant about going to school, I don't like lessons, and I just want to read! Oh, and by the way, I found this super awesome fan-fiction website! It actually has fan-fiction on Team Fortress 2 and other stuff too! You can check it out here. Anyways, back to the topic. I'm very surprised that Honeybee is sort of in that mood too! She doesn't want to come to school (but she comes anyway...I mean, she has to!). We chatted quite a lot today. Also, now that the seats have been arranged back together, I don't know how she did it (I was absent for the last three days of last week, remember?), but now I'm sitting beside her!

And T.G's behind me!!

Speaking of T.G, I was upset with her about something that happened yesterday...let me tell you all about it...

It was the end of our supplementary Maths class. I had to finish up some work that I was too slow to finish in time. After waiting for some time, T.G told me that she'd wait for me downstairs and went. I merely nodded to acknowledge her. After finishing my work, I packed up my bag and rushed down the stairs. When I reached the ground floor, T.G was nowhere to be seen. Suddenly, Shorty and Ikachu came running up.

"Mana T.G?" I asked. Translation: Where's T.G?

"Oh, dia da balik," replied Shorty. Translation: Oh, she has already went home.

"WHAT?!" I screeched.

"Awak, awak tau tak mana T.G?" Ikachu interrupted. Translation (OK, this one isn't exactly correct but it's basically what she means anyway): Hey, do you know where T.G is?

I was confused. Shorty just said that T.G had left. Then it dawned on me that Shorty was just making false assumptions and she didn't even know where T.G was. So I decided to call her. She picked up...and she said that she was at the bus stop.

What the shit?!

Then, she started telling me to hurry up and meet her. I was really annoyed with her for leaving me so I kept asking why while walking. But instead of answering, she stupidly continued to tell me to hurry up. Which annoyed me even more. Which made me walk a lot more slowly. It was when I walked out of the school did I see the number 13 bus at the bus stop. Which goes to Bishy-Bush and Yo-Yo Keys. At the same moment, I heard the 'beep' sound of an Ez-Link card being tapped in the background of the phone.

"T.G, you naik the bus? T.G!" I half-yelled ('cause I didn't want to make a scene). Translation: T.G, you rode the bus? T.G!

Unfortunately, it was true. Of course, T.G had her excuse for it. She said that her father would scold her if she was late. I hate to admit this, but my mind was going, "WTF?!" the whole time. I mean, I perfectly understand if she'd been waiting for 30 minutes but for the love of chocolate, I'd only been upstairs for a few minutes. You see that, T.G? A few. Freakin'. MINUTES. It was a pretty good thing that Shorty and Ikachu was there, or else I'd have to go home alone.

I told all that to Honeybee (in a much shorter version, of course) and she listened in silence. I guess I was expectin' her to say something and I felt awkward when she was silent but I remembered that she was just Honeybee being Honeybee, the one who listens, not talk (unlike me ) and so, I didn't say anything in return. I was glad that I had a friend BEST FRIEND who'd lend a listening ear anytime. Well...unless you interrupted her reading or disturbed her during a lesson, of course.

I had a shock today. Remember when I was absent last week? Well, because of that, I didn't know my marks for Tarbiyah-Arabic, I didn't know that I had a retest, and I definitely didn't know when was the bloody retest. Tarbiyah-Arabic is just Tarbiyah in Arabic. Tarbiyah is just Islamic Social Studies...you probably know what I mean. So, during the retest, I was so shocked, I got angry, I really wanted to tear up the retest paper. Then, I imagined myself throwing chairs and tables around...however, I knew imagining wasn't going to solve the problem. Unfortunately, I haven't even been reading my Tarbiyah-Arabic textbook. So it's safe to say that I did the paper with what Mr Shade would say, 'wild, crazy guesses'.

Definitely not looking good.

ANYWAY! I've been on a Reading Rampage in the last few days! So I finished reading Zodiac Girls #4: Brat Princess, and read Zodiac Girls #5: Star Child, Zodiac Girls #7: Double Trouble, How To Train Your Dragon #1 by Cressida Cowell, How To Train Your Dragon #2: How To Be A Pirate, HTTYD #4: How To Cheat A Dragon's Curse, HTTYD #5: How To Twist A Dragon's Tale, HTTYD #7: How To Ride A Dragon's Storm, HTTYD #8: How To Break A Dragon's Heart, and HTTYD #10: How To Seize A Dragon's Jewel! Am now reading Travelling Backwards by Toby Forward. Yeah, I know, Toby Forward. How ironic is that?! Whatever, it's probably just a pen name.

I guess that's all, mates. *Tips hat*

Hope you had a great day, everyone.

P.S. Oh, and T.G's already apologised to me. So yeah...we're back on normal terms.
