On another journal-type site I keep a written (well, typed) out list of all my reading (every year gets a post that I edit as I go along), so it's in a simple easily scan-able [to the eye] list, aside of the book cataloging sites. I find it a good way to keep track alongside the others. You could do the same thing here, or on any site you're on that allows you to post & edit, or even just in a text document. =)
