Members Of Parliament And Enthusiastic ResponsesWEDNESDAY

Oh my gosh, guess what?! A MP (Member of Parliament) was just at my house a moment ago!! Maybe it isn't so exciting to you guys but it is to me! I mean, how can you NOT be impressed? OK, maybe you aren't, but then again, this is the first time I've seen an important member of the government enter my home. After the visit, I rushed to the telephone to call Honeybee and tell her the news. I thought her reaction would be like, Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, really?! What did he do? Why was he there?! But it was not to be. Her reaction was the exact opposite. She was like, Oh, is it? Why was he there? You know, he almost came to my house too but we pretended we weren't home. Her tone practically shouted aloud "OK". No enthusiasm. No excitement. No nothin'. I was terribly disappointed. I finally admitted in the end.
"I was hoping that you'd be impressed," I told her a little sadly.
"Impressed?! For what?!" She was apparently surprised.
"I just-thought, you know-never mind," I mumbled, deeply disappointed.
After hanging up, I decided to call T.G. I was very happy when her response to my news was, "Oh gosh. Really? Why was he there?" with excitement and enthusiasm in her voice. I explained to her everything and also how I was disappointed when Honeybee wasn't that impressed. She simply said, "When you're happy, I'm happy too."
I have the bestest two BFFs ever.
Now, if only I could get them to get along... >_>

P.S. Sorry if my writing skills suck in this entry, I haven't been writing an entry here for quite a time already and I'm tired at the moment.
